The Brazilian Superior Court of Justice has rejected Tenaris's motion to revert a decision ordering Tenaris's subsidiary Confab, along with Ternium's subsidiaries, to pay an indemnification to Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) in connection with their 2012 acquisition of a participation in Usiminas.
