Elevra Lithium Limited American Depository Shares

Elevra Lithium has agreed to sell its interest in the Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana to Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt for approximately US$71 million in cash, with closing expected in Q1FY27. The sale allows Elevra to focus on its North American assets, eliminate ongoing funding commitments, and improve financial flexibility.

Q2 Metals has appointed Keith Phillips, former CEO of Piedmont Lithium, to its Board of Directors. Phillips brings extensive experience in the lithium industry and investment banking, and is excited about the potential of Q2's Cisco Lithium Project in Quebec, Canada.
