It’s labor force data week, with JOLTS due out Tuesday, ADP out on Wednesday, jobless claims out Thursday and the all-important June nonfarm payroll report will be out Friday.
Breadth has been the topic of the week, with the market cap weighted S&P 500 pushing to new highs, leaving behind cumulative AD lines and equal-weight measures of the same index.
Although still elevated, the 30-year mortgage rate is on a downward trend, with favorable projections painting an optimistic picture for the housing market. Look into ETFs to capitalize.
