Terrestrial Energy Inc. successfully completed its business combination with HCM II Acquisition Corp., raising over $292 million and beginning trading on Nasdaq under the ticker 'IMSR'. The company develops small modular nuclear plants using advanced Generation IV Integral Molten Salt Reactor technology.

Terrestrial Energy was selected for the DOE's Fuel Line Pilot Program, strengthening domestic nuclear fuel supply chain capabilities and advancing its Integral Molten Salt Reactor (IMSR) technology commercialization pathway.
