Maase Inc. has acquired 100% equity interests in Carve Group Ltd for 195,894,609 Class A ordinary shares. The acquisition includes two subsidiaries: Zhongshen Resources Development and Glyken Bird Nest Technology, positioning Maase in the healthcare and wellness sector.
