Quantumsphere Acquisition Corp. Units

SACH Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based technology company, announced a merger with Quantumsphere Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company. The transaction values SACH at $300 million and will provide up to $82.8 million in cash proceeds, enabling the company to scale its innovative OMMiii social technology platform.
