Rising Dragon Acquisition Corp. has postponed its Extraordinary General Meeting from October 20, 2025 to November 20, 2025, extending the redemption request deadline to November 18, 2025. The meeting will consider a proposed business combination with HZJL Cayman Limited.

HZJL Cayman Limited, a provider of branding, software, and supply chain services for local businesses, announced a merger agreement with Rising Dragon Acquisition Corporation, a SPAC. The transaction will result in HZJL becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xpand Boom Technology, a Nasdaq-listed company.
