(Nasdaq: RDZN), a global leader in AI for insurance and mobility, announced the pricing of a best-efforts offering of 2,222,300 ordinary shares at $2.25 per share, raising approximately $5 million. The company plans to use the proceeds for sales, marketing, R&D, and general corporate purposes.
