Presidio Property Trust has declared quarterly cash dividends for its 9.375% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for July, August, and September 2025, with each dividend payment being $0.19531 per share.

Bravo Property Trust and Integritas Capital have closed a $125 million senior construction loan to convert an existing 8-story office building in Dumbo, Brooklyn into a 19-story residential tower with multifamily rentals and condos. The project will benefit from New York City's 467m tax abatement program.
