AvidXchange Holdings Inc. (AVDX) has agreed to be acquired by Corpay Inc. (CPAY) and TPG Inc. (TPG) for $10 per share in cash, valuing the company at $2.2 billion. The deal represents a 22% premium over AvidXchange's previous closing price.
