CoinShares International is acquiring Bastion Asset Management, a London-based crypto-focused alternative investment manager, to strengthen its actively managed digital asset capabilities and expand its U.S. market presence.

CoinShares, a leading European digital asset manager with $10 billion in assets under management, will become publicly listed on Nasdaq through a business combination with Vine Hill Capital, valuing the company at $1.2 billion and positioning it for strategic U.S. market expansion.
