Urbana Corporation reports that Miami International Holdings successfully completed its initial public offering on the NYSE, raising $396.75 million. Urbana owns 663,810 MIAX shares with an acquisition cost of CAD$12.3 million, which appreciated to a market value of approximately CAD$28.5 million.
